We want you to love your CircleDNA apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures you find the perfect fit and style without any hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process to ensure tracked and secure delivery.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
